What is your payment policy?

We offer a payment policy that is flexible and easy on our clients' pockets. You can make payments in three or more installments depending on the amount of work needed and the time it will take. You make the first installment before we start working; the rest is subjective.

How do you accept payments?

We accept payments through Credit and Debit cards and PayPal.

Is there a refund policy?

We are unable to offer a refund policy considering the digital nature of our products. There is no way for us to ensure that our product won't be used after we process your refund.

What is your turn-around time?

The time we take to complete a project depends on a lot of factors. Our process helps us deliver on time and always stay efficient, but some alterations and changes often delay the completion. However, we also make it a point to get the changes done as soon as possible.
